Update:
I don't like to complain but HubHub got my company name wrong as "ALight Services" rather than "ALight Technology And Services Limited". And of course the months payment and an additional months advance payment has went from the same TransferWise business bank account associated with "ALight Technology And Services Limited". Things are getting sorted out. They are issuing a refund!
