Introducing DomainGroups — Unified Search Across Multiple Domains with WebVeta

In today’s digital landscape, many organizations operate multiple websites under one umbrella — product microsites, regional domains, or partner portals. Yet when customers search for information, that fragmentation can lead to incomplete or inconsistent results.

I thank Microsoft for Startup Founders, Corporate Vision Magazine, Government of U.K, Perplexity, NASSCOM 10000, my parents, my elder sister.

To solve this, WebVeta introduces DomainGroups, a powerful new feature that unifies search results across multiple domains of the same client, enabling a seamless and connected search experience.

One Search Source, Multiple Domains

With the DomainGroups feature, businesses can easily group all their related domains under one search source.

For example, if Client A owns:

they can create a DomainGroup combining both. Once grouped, users can search across both domains simultaneously — revealing relevant, AI-driven results regardless of which site they are visiting.

This means a visitor exploring a travel offer on aaa.com can also view relevant information from bbb.com right in the search results — unlocking new opportunities for cross-promotion and content discovery.

Flexible Access Methods

WebVeta ensures maximum flexibility in deploying your grouped search. Once your DomainGroup is created, you receive a new data ID (starting with “d-”) which identifies the combined domain set.

You can use this group data ID in three ways:

  1. Self-hosted link – Access the unified search via a dedicated hosted link directly from WebVeta.
  2. Easy HTML integration – Add 2–3 lines of HTML to any of your grouped domains (like aaa.com or bbb.com) to embed intelligent site search.
  3. MCP Server integration – Leverage centralized backend access through WebVeta’s MCP Server for advanced or custom integrations.

Importantly, the DomainGroup data ID replaces individual domain data IDs when you want to display cross-domain search results. Using a domain-level data ID will continue to provide search results from that specific domain only.

Benefits for Multi-domain Organizations and Partners

DomainGroups is ideal for:

  • Enterprise brands with multiple sites or sub-brands.
  • Agencies managing multiple client domains.
  • Partner networks or franchises wanting to share resources and promote associated sites.

The result is a unified search experience that delivers both convenience to users and marketing synergy for businesses. Whether it’s showcasing related content, boosting visibility across properties, or simplifying user journeys — DomainGroups brings everything together with minimal setup.

Bridging Search Across Boundaries

By combining multiple website domains into one search ecosystem, WebVeta DomainGroups eliminates silos, enhances relevance, and helps businesses maximize engagement. It’s a frictionless way to connect content scattered across properties with just a few clicks.

If your organization operates multiple domains, it’s time to experience the simplicity of unified search. Try DomainGroups in WebVeta and redefine how your content connects across sites.
