PodDB version 0.2 to be released on 6/11/2022
As mentioned in a previous blog post - PodDB major data update coming soon! Over 2,815,000 podcasts would be indexed, an update is being made on 6/11/2022. This is a big data update and few minor features have been added. The changes are:
Externally Visible Features:
1) Over 2,815,000 podcasts are being indexed i.e over 7,600% of data being indexed.
2) Users can report explicit content.
3) By default, explicit content is not shown in search results. Ticking a small checkbox shows explicit content.
4) Like the search results page, when navigating from the categories page, search results can be further narrowed down using filters.
5) Ability to submit new podcasts to be included into the directory.
6) Nice little trip down the memory lane - Every release would archive screenshots. Once the application evolves and after few years, it would be nice to see how the application evolved with each version. Like how screenshots of older versions of windows such as vs current versions of windows float around in social media. For example Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, 10, 11.
Internal Features:
1) Not visible but major re-write has happened to support vertical and horizontal scaling. i.e the application can easily scale to handle another 100 - 200x the data without major architectural changes and ready to be cloud-native without major architectural changes.
2) Admin Dashboard for supporting internal administration related tasks. For now, only I can login, using one of my email addresses, any other attempt would be blocked.
Sadder part - I would be focusing on few other important things in personal life rather than this project. As most of you know, I am the target of at least a dozen rogue R&AW spies who have acted like goons. The list:
1) Erra / Yerra surnamed people - Kalyan, Karan, Kareem, Karunakar, Diwakar, Sowjanya, Sowmya, Kamalakar.
2) Uttam
3) Thota surnamed people
4) Few different female's with first name of Sowjanya or Sowmya except for my spouse who is also named Sowjanya but we got seperated 3 years ago, not divorced.
5) Srinivas's
6) Zinnabathuni surnamed people
7) Bojja Srinivas
8) Mukesh Golla
9) Bhattaru surnamed people
10) Few different female's who claim to have a first name of 'Kanti'.
11) Bandhavi irrespective of surname
12) Thota Veera
13) Zinnabathuni Sowjanya
14) Bhattaru Sowjanya
15) Whoever are the code names of "tu", "already", "e", "a", "is", "just"
Some or most of the above are R&AW spies who have done targeted harassment, identity theft via identity distortion i.e gamified identity theft, targeted hacking, impersonation, illegal immigration, illegally worked, fake documents, human rights violation, misrepresented, signature manipulation, signature forgery, created fake evidences, shadowed, framed and defamed.
Here is the worst part some of the above claim to be my siblings. I don't have any siblings with the above mentioned names and I don't know who or what is an "ass", I don't have any siblings by the whose intials would match "ass". I do have one elder sister whose initials are "A.S" and she got naturalized citizen of United States of America several years ago.
