When I launched ALightVPN’s beta on April 2nd, 2026, I
wanted to build a VPN prioritizing uncompromising security.
Adding More Servers (And What It Means for You)
During this initial phase, ALightVPN operated on a single
OpenVPN server. While it’s been performing reliably, I added a second VPN
server for availability. Additional servers gets rolled out rapidly throughout
the production phase.
Leaving Beta: What’s Changing & Why It Matters
ALightVPN is officially transitioning out of beta in few
days.
For Windows users, the ALightVPN GUI now handles
everything seamlessly:
- Secure profile downloads over MLKEM1024
- Automatic DNS leak prevention when connected (our
proprietary DNS routing resolves the edge-case leaks seen during early testing)
- Instant profile revocation upon disconnect
- The ability to save profiles for offline use or request
fresh ones on demand
Meanwhile, Linux and Mac console apps continue to
provide developers, sysadmins, and power users with a lightweight, scriptable
way to fetch and manage profiles securely—no bloat, no background services,
just clean OpenVPN 2.7 compatibility.
Android Profile Downloader was submitted (not in
production yet, need 12 testers) and allows downloading OpenVPN or StrongSwan
profiles.
Security That Doesn’t Compromise (NIST 203, MLKEM, &
Aggressive Key Rotation)
ALightVPN was built for environments where security isn’t
negotiable. Under the hood, we’ve moved beyond standard encryption by
integrating:
- AES-256 + ChaChaPoly for high-performance
symmetric encryption
- SecP256r1MLKEM768 delivering NIST compliance level
203 for post-quantum readiness
Unlike traditional VPNs that rotate keys every 3,600 seconds
with a 7,200-second validity window, ALightVPN refreshes its cryptographic
handshake **every 1,800 seconds** and caps profile validity at just **2,100
seconds**. This aggressive rotation minimizes exposure windows, limits replay
attack surfaces, and keeps your session cryptographically fresh.
Don’t Miss Out: Lock In Huge Discounts Before Production
Launch
I am offering exclusive pricing for those who sign up now.
Early adopters will lock in massive discounts that won’t be available
post-launch. If you’ve been waiting to try a VPN that prioritizes NIST 203
compliance, rapid key rotation, and zero-trust profile management, this is your
window.
Signing up before the production release also gives you:
- Priority access to new server regions as they go live
- Early visibility into upcoming console app enhancements
- Direct input channels with me (Mr. Kanti Arumilli), during
the final rollout phase
Ready to Scale Your Security?
ALightVPN started with one server
and a single goal: build the most secure, transparent VPN possible. Today, I am
adding more servers, leaving beta in few days, and preparing for full
production.
Sign up today. Free during beta, Lock in your discount after
Production release, and help me scale ALightVPN from a single node into a
global security network.
ALightVPN –NIST 203 Compliant. Built for the Long Term.
For securing internet usage, multi-layered security
required.
