May 11 2026 Update: Flexible DNS Options for VPN Profiles for Android (not in Android Market yet)

 

Introducing enhanced DNS configuration options for ALightVPN’s mobile VPN profiles, including ALightVPNs DNS (no DNS leaks), outside DNS.

 I thank Microsoft for Startup Founders, Corporate Vision Magazine, Government of U.K, Perplexity, NASSCOM 10000, my parents, my elder sister.

Like yesterday’s release for Desktop an update to the ALightVPN profile generation system that provides users with greater control over DNS resolution happened for mobile.

I am going to announce after submission in Android AppStore, I don’t support side-loading.

ALight DNS: Provides DNS queries without exposing traffic to external resolvers.

Outside DNS: Uses 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 (Cloudflare and Google DNS).

And another Windows desktop application getting released soon.
